Junior Operations & Innovation Manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to oversee daily management and coordination between our European headquarters and East African operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct support to the Managing Director in daily business tasks.
- Coordination of international consulting projects and stakeholder communication.
- Integration and management of AI-driven workflow automation tools.
- Documentation and process optimization for cross-continent logistics and consulting.
Your Profile:
- Basic day-to-day office German (minimum B1 level) — applications may be submitted in German or English.
- Strong interest in Cybersecurity, AI Governance, or International Trade.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Degree or relevant experience in Business, Management, or Technology.
Language Requirements: In-house career offers can be completed in German or English, but basic knowledge of day-to-day office German (B1 level) is required for internal coordination and communication with German clients and partners.
Note on Vocational Training: As a growing startup, we are currently preparing our accreditation as an official Ausbildungsbetrieb (IHK). We currently offer Internships (Praktikum) and are open to Dual Studies (Duales Studium) in collaboration with partners like DHBW, provided the candidate matches our high technical requirements.
